  • How Do I Determine What Size Roll-Off Container I Need?

    You can call and discuss your options with us. Describe what types of items will be placed in the dumpster and our roll-off container specialist will help you in determining what size you need.

  • When Do I Need to Reserve a Dumpster for Rental?

     You can call us a day before and we will be able to deliver a roll-off dumpster the next day. Depending on our schedule, we may even provide you with a dumpster on the same day.

  • How Long Can I Keep a Dumpster Once I Have Rented It?

    You can keep the roll-off container as long as you want. After 14 days, we do charge a nominal daily rental fee for the dumpster rental in addition to the flat fee.

  • What Do I Do When the Dumpster Is Full?

    When your dumpster is full, call us to schedule a pickup of the container. If you know in advance how long you will need the dumpster, you may arrange a specific pickup day in advance.

  • What if I Need a Second Roll-Off Container?

    When you call us for a pickup, ask us about a second container and we will bring you an empty dumpster in exchange for the full dumpster.

  • How Am I Charged for the Dumpster Rental?

    When you are ordering a dumpster, you'll need to provide your credit card. At that time, you will be charged the dumpster rental fee for that size roll-off container. Once we pick up the roll-off container, you will be charged any additional amounts for exceeding tonnage over the included amount and/or excess days over the initial dumpster rental period.

  • What if I Have Other Questions?
